What each part costs
A 3CX system is a licence, somewhere to run it, the setup, and support if you want it.
Licences
One licence covers the whole system, renews each year, and is sized by how many calls can be happening at once. Each size also covers a set number of users.

At 4 calls at once, Basic is 3CX's Free edition, 3CX Basic (Free), for up to 10 users, and it comes free with our hosting. Ask us about it.
Hosting
Where the system runs. We host it in a Nairobi data centre, or it goes on your own server or cloud, where you pay for the machine. A support plan from us is yours to add.

3CX Cloud Hosting runs your system on a server of its own in a Nairobi data centre, sized by the calls at once on your 3CX key, paid monthly or yearly. Updates and backups are part of it.

Remote help with faults, by portal and email, Monday to Saturday

Every plan is remote support. A visit to your site is charged separately, except the two a year included in Premium.

What these prices mean
VAT
Prices are shown excl. VAT (16%). VAT at 16% is added at checkout, and the total with it is on screen before you accept anything.
Your invoice
A KRA eTIMS tax invoice follows payment, with your KRA PIN on it when you give us one.
Quotes hold
A proforma invoice holds its price for 30 days, so the figure that goes for approval is the figure you pay.
