Where your system runs is your choice
Most sellers offer one way to run a phone system, and it is the one that suits them. We offer two, and both run the same 3CX, with the same features. What changes is whose machine it runs on, and who pays for it.

How to choose, in one question each
Do you want to think about servers?
If the honest answer is no, host it with us. It is the option we recommend unless one of the other two questions gives you a reason to run your own.
Do your internal calls have to survive an outage?
A hotel, a factory floor, a hospital wing: if people must reach each other when the line to the outside world is down, the server belongs on your premises.
Does your policy say where data lives?
Some organisations have to keep systems inside their own cloud account, under their own controls and their own audit. A server of your own can sit there just as well as in your building.
You are not locked in. A system hosted with us can move to your own server later, and a system on your premises can move to the cloud, because it is the same software with the same configuration either way.
