What it does

Answers in natural speech instead of a menu. The caller says what they need and is put through, without pressing 1 for anything.

Takes messages, handles the routine part of a call, and leaves the person free for the calls that need them.

Take the first line of an enquiry, so the routine questions are dealt with before a person picks up and the person who does starts further along.
Transcription and summaries
Calls become searchable text. Reports carry summaries and a read on sentiment, so "what did that client actually say?" is a search rather than an hour of listening.

Where the transcription happens is your choice
Calls can be transcribed through Google or OpenAI, or on a transcription server of your own. The own-server route needs a system of at least 16 calls at once, so a small clinic on a smaller licence uses a provider. For a SACCO or a clinic, where recordings are sensitive and the Data Protection Act applies, which route you take matters more than the feature list, and we go through it with you before anything is switched on.
