Feature

Calls and routing

A caller rings one number, hears a menu, presses 1, and the call rings the three people in Sales at once. Whoever picks up first gets it. Nobody has to know an extension.

What it does

An auto attendant that answers first

"Thank you for calling. For sales, press 1." Menus can run several levels deep, read a different greeting after hours, and send the caller straight through if they already know the extension.

Ring groups and queues

A ring group rings several people together, or one after another. A queue holds the caller, tells them where they are, and hands them to the next free person instead of dropping them.

Office hours and holidays

The system knows when you are open. Outside those hours, calls go to voicemail, to a mobile, or to a message that gives your actual opening time rather than ringing out.

Voicemail that reaches you

Voicemail arrives as an email with the recording attached, so a message left at six in the evening is read on the way home rather than found on Monday.
