TechAccess Solution 3CX

By size

A phone system for 1–20 people

A proper phone system for a small team: one number, a menu, and staff on the apps they already carry, hosted in Nairobi so there is nothing on site to look after.

What a small system looks like

One number and a menu

Callers choose sales, accounts or the operator, and reach the person who can help.

Staff on the apps

The office line on everyone's mobile and laptop. Desk phones only for those who want one.

After hours, handled

Your greeting when the office is closed, and voicemail that arrives by email.

Nothing on site

Hosted in Nairobi, updated, backed up and watched by us.

How the licence is sized

A 3CX licence counts the calls that can happen at the same time, not the people who have an extension. The smallest licence we sell carries 4 calls at once and covers up to 15 users.

Basic does what most small teams need. Pro is the step up when callers start waiting in a line, or you want WhatsApp or video meetings in the same system. Compare the editions.

8 Up to 40

Your first month

  1. 1. One conversation

We agree your number, what the menu says, and who gets an extension. Usually a single call.

  2. 2. The build

The system is built in Nairobi, the menu recorded, and the app installed with each person rather than emailed to them. It runs alongside your current number while everyone tries it.

  3. 3. The switch

Your number moves across, or is forwarded to the new system where it cannot. The provider you are leaving sets the pace of a move, so the old line keeps working until it lands.

  4. 4. The check-in

A couple of weeks later we look at the call log with you and adjust the menu and the ring order to how your calls really arrive.

What it costs

A hosting plan, monthly or yearly, a one-off setup, and the 3CX licence, which renews each year. All of it in shillings, in one quote, so no part of it arrives later as a surprise.

With no hardware to wait for, a small office is often live within the week. Switching an existing number over is what takes longest.

Up to ten extensions, the setup is our Quick Start package; above that, Business.

How hosting in Nairobi works

How many calls at once do you need?

  1. Picture your busiest ten minutes

Monday morning, month end, the hour after an advert runs. Not an average day.

  2. Count the calls happening together

People talking to someone outside, plus the callers you would rather hold in a queue than turn away.

  3. Bring the number to the demo

Or your call records, and we will work it out together. We size it to fit, not up to the next tier.
