What we do
- Size the instance for your call volume, so you are not paying for idle capacity
- Build, harden and license the system inside your account
- Set up certificates, firewall rules and the anti-fraud settings
- Connect and test your trunk and numbers
- Run backups, updates and monitoring under a support plan
What you provide
- The cloud account, and access scoped to what we need and nothing more
- Whatever your policies require of anything running in it
- A name in your DNS for the system
- Your IT team's ear for the network questions, which are usually the only hard ones
The cloud bill comes to you directly from your provider. We do not mark it up, because we never see it.
How long it takes, and what it costs
Longer than the other two, and the extra time is nearly always access rather than engineering: getting a role provisioned in your account, and getting the network questions answered by the people who own them. Once we are in, the build itself is a day or two.
You pay your cloud provider for the instance, us for the setup and a support plan, and 3CX for the licence. We size the instance to your call volume so you are not renting idle capacity, and we tell you what that instance will cost you before you commit to it.
